As if his two locations in Boystown and Lakeview weren’t enough, Lee Trinh is expanding his Banh Mi & Co empire to brand new locations in Lincoln Park and Bucktown.
Opening on Thursday, both locations will offer a completely different yet familiar experience to Lee’s relatively new Banh Mi & Co brand. The Lincoln Park store will be located on Clark Street and Wrightwood Avenue (2551 N. Clark St.) and will be designed as a to-go stand.
With the Bucktown location right next door, Lee’s partnered up with the folks at Moonshine at 1824 W. Division St. to take advantage of their full kitchen and beer garden to offer a completely different experience. Both locations will be serving the full menu of spring rolls, wonton soup, and of course Chicago’s best banh mi.
